Can you use the photo graphs on this site?

Of course you can, you can have use free of the xirin's photographs (they carry the label xirin.com)  from any xirin site under the following conditions:-
The xirin.com  web site name must be clearly visible and no smaller than it is displayed.
If the picture is enlarged the copyright symbol and web site name must be enlarged proportionately.
They should not constitute a substantial part of another commercial product or service (if so we reserve the right to make a charge).
They may not be passed on without similar conditions being imposed.
They must not be used on sites, or in a way, or with any material that could be described as in any way undesirable.
If you are in doubt or wish to publish them in any other way send us an Email.
In the near future a small charge will be made for commercial use, so use them quickly while they are still free.  In the mean time visit our other sites.

All Xirin fiction is just that, all characters are purely imaginary and any resemblance to any real person living or dead, is entirely coincidental.

This is an entirely true and accurate account of the 5's adventures in Kefalonia, allowing for artistic licence, exaggeration for the sake of effect, and all the down right lies that authors reserve the right to include if they might get a cheap laugh (or be seen as literary), in short only believe the nice bits and then with a pinch of salt, (it's all one sentence because lawyers seem to like it like that, it allows them to confuse people and charge more money).

We endeavour to ensure that any advert is accurate and reflects reality.  Where we include details from others we accept their material in good faith.

All Xirin guides are written to be practical and useful.  They are based on actual experience and we try to make them as accurate as possible at the time of visitation or writing .  However we obviously cannot warrant them in any way.  It is the responsibility of anyone following the guide to ensure that it suitable and reasonable for their circumstances, and that they satisfy themselves on the service and financial viability of any other commercial  organisation used or mentioned.
